Wash and dry squid
It is important that the squid is dry before searing.
Sear squid
Sear the squid in a very hot pan with a little olive oil. 1-2 minutes, turning around, will do the trick.
Add garlic, parsley.
Mix the cooked squid with parsley and garlic, and finish it with a sprinkle of salt.
Add to pasta
Optionally, boil pasta, and cook garlic with butter in the wok for 1 minute. Transfer the cooked past in the wok, mix thoroughly, then add the calamari. Serve with tomatoes.
